Going ‘Out on a Limb’ in Chattanooga, TN!
If there’s anything that can be said about the Scharff’s, it is it sheer dedication. The young family is so committed to the adoption of a Haitian child that they started a non-profit organization- Out on a Limb to pay for the process.
The Scharff’s hope their goal will be accomplished through Out on a Limb’s sales of their uniquely handcrafted Kainos cuffs and petite bow ties. The fantastically petite bow ties are made for that dapper 2-6 year old in your life (Miss Chatty really can not think of an item more needed for any little fellows… Other than the accompanying lacy, white gloves for their girlie counterparts!). Wade Scharrf, the 3 year old super model of the family, proudly sports one of his many Out On a Limb bow ties. But as a true Scharrf, all of Wade’s modeling profits go towards their hopeful addition to the family.
The Kainos cuff is another fruit of their spiritual labors. Kainos comes from the Greek word for new. This represents the newness of life that the cuff’s upcycled nature holds. And who doesn’t appreciate something of no-use that is reborn into a fresh and contemporary piece of art? Hopefully everyone does, because the Kainos cuff is available for men and women. So no excuses!
Now, pets- grab your specs, and start reading Out On a Limb’s blog to get a full feeling of what this family affair is all about.
Raise it up,
Miss Chatty
