With Chatty Crafty only one month away, Miss Chatty finds herself in a rush these days more so than ever. But a lady never lets her busy schedule affect her style, dahlings! Sometimes pulling together dapper dress is all about the art of accessorizing. A simple sundress is suddenly swank when a handmade barrette or bag are in tow.

Tickleworm  a handmade accessories company based in Avondale Estates, GA, is adding the ease to Miss Chatty’s morning routine. Using felted wool and cashmere (ooh la la!) adorned with vintage buttons, Tickleworm creates pouches and purses perfect for cell phones, cameras, and cosmetics. Tickleworm isn’t limited to carryalls, though– you can also find adorable neck wraps, barrettes and other ornaments in the store.

Miss Chatty has Rachel Herzog to thank for Tickleworm’s accessory artistry. Rachel is a Jersey girl turned Southern belle who first began creating holiday gifts for her loved ones. Lucky for us, she began selling her wares four years ago, and turned her self-taught hobby into a full-time crafting career. When she’s not creating accessories for Miss Chatty to lust over, Rachel is busy with her two precocious children: a six-year-old boy and fourteen-month old daughter. A girl after Miss Chatty’s own heart, Rachel loves the love she feels at crafting events, and lives for the moment when she finds the perfect vintage sweaters and buttons to rework into handmade goodies.
